Her rulman\u0131n normal hassasiyette (\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcsel veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hassasiyeti olarak) olanlar\u0131 mevcuttur ancak \u00e7ok hassas yataklanan (tak\u0131m tezgah\u0131 milleri gibi) ve y\u00fcksek devirde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan millerde kullan\u0131lacak rulmanlar\u0131n daha hassas boyut ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma toleranslar\u0131n\u0131n daralt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak imal edilmesi gerekir. \u00c7ok hassas olmayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 i\u00e7in (konvey\u00f6r gibi) gere\u011finden fazla hassasiyete sahip rulman se\u00e7ilmesi gereksiz maliyet art\u0131\u015f\u0131na sebep olur. Rulman par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n hassasiyeti mil ve g\u00f6vdedeki rulman oturma yerlerinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan i\u015fleme hassasiyetine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Rulman hassasiyet gruplar\u0131 ISO 492 ve TS 6269 standardlar\u0131nda detayl\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re:<br \/>\n<b>P0 (Normal) hassasiyet grubu :<\/b>\u00a0Normal tolerans ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hassasiyeti (kodlama yaz\u0131lmaz)<br \/>\n<b>P6 hassasiyet grubu :<\/b>\u00a0P0&#8217;dan daha dar tolerans ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hassasiyeti<br \/>\n<b>P5 hassasiyet grubu :<\/b>\u00a0P6&#8217;dan daha dar tolerans ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hassasiyeti<br \/>\n<b>P4 hassasiyet grubu :<\/b>\u00a0P5&#8217;dan daha dar tolerans ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hassasiyeti<br \/>\n<b>P2 hassasiyet grubu :<\/b>\u00a0P4&#8217;dan daha dar tolerans ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hassasiyeti<br \/>\nAyr\u0131ca rulman k\u00f6\u015fe mesafeleri de standartlarda tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r ancak \u00f6zel uygulamalar i\u00e7in de\u011fi\u015fiklikler uygulanabilir.<\/p>\n<h4>Rulman Bo\u015flu\u011fu<\/h4>\n<p>Bir rulman\u0131n i\u00e7 veya d\u0131\u015f bileziklerinden birisi sabit oldu\u011funda di\u011feri radyal veya eksenel y\u00f6nde hareket eder. Bu hareketin miktar\u0131na rulman bo\u015flu\u011fu denir. Rulman bo\u015fluklar\u0131 radyal ve eksenel olmak \u00fczere iki y\u00f6nde dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r. Rulmanlar millere m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca hassas bir \u015fekilde yataklanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tak\u0131lan rulman\u0131n bo\u015flu\u011funun ancak birka\u00e7 mikron olmas\u0131na izin verilir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 elde edebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli kriterler dikkate al\u0131nmak zorundad\u0131r. Rulman bileziklerindeki ve ba\u011fl\u0131 par\u00e7alardaki farkl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 genle\u015fmeleri rulman\u0131n kas\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. S\u0131k\u0131 ge\u00e7meler rulman bo\u015flu\u011funu azalt\u0131r. Genelde uygulama yerine tak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir rulman\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bo\u015flu\u011fu, tak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f rulman bo\u015flu\u011fundan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fcr. Tak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f rulman\u0131n bo\u015flu\u011fu de\u011fi\u015fik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131na ve uygulama toleranslar\u0131na uygun olarak se\u00e7ilmelidir. Bu nedenle normal bo\u015fluklu rulmanlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bo\u015fluklu rulmanlar da vard\u0131r. Rulman bo\u015fluk gruplar\u0131 ISO 5753-1, ISO 5753-2 ve TS 6269 standardlar\u0131nda detayl\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re:<br \/>\n<b>C2 bo\u015fluk grubu :<\/b>\u00a0Normal (C0) den k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bo\u015fluk<br \/>\n<b>C0 (Normal) bo\u015fluk grubu :<\/b>\u00a0Normal bo\u015fluk (kodlama yaz\u0131lmaz)<br \/>\n<b>C3 bo\u015fluk grubu :<\/b>\u00a0Normalden b\u00fcy\u00fck bo\u015fluk<br \/>\n<b>C4 bo\u015fluk grubu :<\/b>\u00a0C3 ten b\u00fcy\u00fck bo\u015fluk<br \/>\n<b>C5 bo\u015fluk grubu :<\/b>\u00a0C4 ten b\u00fcy\u00fck bo\u015fluk<\/p>\n<p>Radyal bo\u015flu\u011fun se\u00e7iminde uyulmas\u0131 gereken kurallar pratik olarak \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralanabilir:<br \/>\n1 &#8211; Normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131nda rulman bileziklerinden birinin hafif pres ge\u00e7me toleranslar\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131 halinde Normal (C0) bo\u015fluk se\u00e7ilir.<br \/>\n2 &#8211; E\u011fer tatl\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131 yataklama gerekli ise, o zaman azalt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f radyal bo\u015fluk C2 se\u00e7ilir. Ge\u00e7melerin s\u0131k\u0131 olmamas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir.<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f rulman bo\u015flu\u011fu C3, C4 ve C5 ise b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fcklere maruz kalan s\u0131k\u0131 ge\u00e7meler, y\u00f6nleri belli olmayan y\u00fcklere maruz kalan pres ge\u00e7me i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f bilezikler, d\u0131\u015f ve i\u00e7 bilezikler aras\u0131ndaki \u0131s\u0131 fark\u0131, g\u00f6vdenin so\u011futulmas\u0131 veya milin \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi \u00f6zel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131 i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilir.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Is\u0131l \u0130\u015flem) Gruplar\u0131<\/h4>\n<p>Genel olarak (\u00f6zel bir istek yok ise) standard \u00fcretimde rulmanlar 150\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kadar herhangi bir \u015fekil de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi vb. deformasyona u\u011framadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak \u015fekilde \u0131s\u0131l i\u015fleme tabi tutularak \u00fcretilirler. Rulmanlar bu s\u0131cakl\u0131k limitinin \u00fczerindeki \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak ise \u00f6zel \u0131s\u0131l i\u015fleme tabi tutulmalar\u0131 gerekir. Tekrarlanan a\u011f\u0131r y\u00fckler, temas eden b\u00f6lgelerdeki y\u00fcksek gerilmeler, sertlik, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, a\u015f\u0131nma, \u015fok y\u00fckler, titre\u015fim ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcsel stabilite gibi fakt\u00f6rler malzeme se\u00e7imini etkiler.
